I joined the staff at Manley in 2007 after 26 years in the field of education. My wife, Dolores, and I have been members at Manley since 1987. I serve the church as our Pastor of Discipleship, although I initially served Manley as the Children’s Pastor and more recently served as our Executive Pastor. Dolores and I have two children, Laura and Brett. Brett, and his wife, Lane, have two young daughters, Julia and Annie.
I was saved at a revival service led by a Godly minister (who would later become my father-in-law) when I was 15 years old and still hold to the words in Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
My favorite place on earth is anywhere my family is gathered. A close second would be the Seven Pools in Maui. When I am not at Manley, you can usually find me running at Panther Creek Park, reading a great book or hiking trails in some remote part of the world.
